What shipping company do we use?

To ship your order we us USPS or UPS. A tracking number will always be provided when your order is shipped in a separate email.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we do not ship internationally, but this will soon change. We want all the world to have glowing skin, not just North America.

AVEC Pro Prestige Pro 101

Every device comes with an easy-to-follow guide on how to use each feature. Below is a breakdown and some tips from current customers on how to optimize each feature for the best results.

Cleansing Mode (Approximately 5 minutes ) 

• Remove the plastic circular ring from the silver plate.
• Place a cotton pad with toner or micellar water on top the silver plate and place plastic ring over the top of the cotton pad. (we recommend the thinner rectangular one for easy application)
• Press the MODE button for 2 seconds until LED display turns on.
• Select level by pressing the LEVEL button 2 times selecting desired level .
• Optional Red and Blue LED light light therapy, press LED on device.

Cooling Mode (Approximately 2 minutes)

• After cleansing for 5 minutes with cleansing mode, pat dry skin.
• Press and select the MODE button until the Cooling setting is shown on LED display.
• Gently apply to face and neck until timer goes off. (Ice cold to the touch is normal)
• Shrink pores and tighten skin using daily.
• Optional Red and Blue LED light light therapy, press LED on device.

EMS Lifting Electric Muscle Stimulation (Approximately 5 minutes)

• Apply gel or a water based product to clean skin to create conduction for the EMS to properly function.
• Press and select the MODE button until the EMS LIFTING setting is shown on LED display.
• In an upward motion, move device along face and neck creating a slight tingle feeling creating a lifted look immediately after use.
• Remove product or keep on for the Moisturizing mode.
• Optional Red and Blue LED light light therapy, press LED on device.

Moisturizing (Approximately 5 minutes)

• Apply sheet mask or serum to clean skin. 
• Press and select the MODE button until the MOISTURIZING setting is shown on LED display.
• In a circular motion, move device across face and neck, allowing silver plate to become warm and vibrate until your selected skincare gets fully absorbed into the skin.
• Optional Red and Blue LED light light therapy, press LED on device.

Collagen Synthesis (Approximately 2 minutes)

• Cleanse skin thoroughly
• Press and select the MODE button until the COLLAGEN SYNTHESIS setting is shown on LED display.
• In an upward motion, move device along face and neck allowing the plate to get to 42 degrees Fahrenheit. 
•  Relieving facial fatigue and puffiness. Use 2x a day for best results.
• Optional Red and Blue LED light light therapy, press LED on device. 

• LED Light Therapy (Usable in all modes)

  The Avec Prestige Pro features a third button labeled "LED" located at the bottom of the device, designed to activate the LED light therapy functionality.
